A home in Halls available July 1: The four-bedroom, three-bathroom home at 1735 Beauchamp Loop is listed for $380,000 by Diana Traylor of Crye-Leike Realtors South. The home is being offered as-is by sellers.
Ranch in Fountain City available July 1: The three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom brick home at 5521 Millertown Pike is listed for $259,900 by Billy Hitt of Keller Williams Realty. The ranch-style home is close to restaurants and shopping in Fountain City.
New build on Boulder available July 1: This two-bedroom, two-bathroom home at 5430 Boulder Way between Halls and Fountain City is listed for $214,900 by Austen Trotter and Kristie Trentham of EXP Realty. The home in Pebblestone Villas was built in 2016 and has only had one owner.
Bearden home available July 2: The two-story townhome at 4318 Macbeth Way has three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. Samantha Sutton of United Real Estate Solutions has listed the home for $259,900. The open concept kitchen, dining and living room are also on the first floor along with a half bath and laundry.
